Mud Hub Kits Come With a Detailed Installation Guide
If you have most of the tools in the assembly guide, with the exception of some you can borrow, then maybe a self-install project like this is for you. That you have the tools may indicate that you know how to use them and have performed ably in the past. This project is not difficult, but there are a few steps to follow in sequence. You should not expect to complete your unit in 6 hours or less like we do. More realistically, it will take 2-3 days with 3-4 people to assemble your greenhouse. But you will have a product you can be proud of, as our do-it-yourselfers already are.
Finding a local contractor to install your greenhouse may be the better option for you. In our experience, most that we have approached to help us out from time to time have found this project to be fairly easy and straightforward carpentry. There are several ways to go about it.

- Call people you liked working with in the past, whose work you were satisfied with. You already know and trust this company.
- Call on friends or neighbors to see if they know anybody. They've already gained somebody's trust whose judgement you trust.
- Go to your local nursery or landscape supply store, if they exist anymore to find out if they could recommend a crew that has built greenhouses. They would be familiar with the connections and techniques involved and are probably expedient in the construction.
- Visit your local building supply or big box store pro desk and ask for builder recommendations. They will probably give you two or three to choose from. The upside of this option is the contractor(s) is familiar with the purchase of materials, probably pays bills and is worthy of referral by somebody in the business. We recommend that you check references for reliability and quality. This or one of the above options should work out for you.
If you hired a crew that performed to your satisfaction, please let us know so we can steer people to whom to call on in your area.
A final thought on this matter, there is an axiom that is particularly true most of the time with regards to construction. You have three elements in every project by which to judge a project experience. There is a cost factor, speed in which a project is completed and the quality of a finished product. Most of the time you can expect to have any two of the three, but rarely all three. Adjust your expectations accordingly, relax and be content that the result will be a superior gardening and living experience.
