I plan to cover my greenhouse with 6 mil polyethylene so the beat can go on in the winter. A 30F degree day in January can produce a lot of heat in a covered garden. That’s pok choy, chard, kale, lettuce, beets, carrots, garlic and more that are under wraps. See our planting post for more crops to plant.
